OSO NEEDS CASH

http://store.tomdouglas.com/oso-needs-cash-p312.aspx
We will be participating in the upcoming OSO NEEDS CASH event on Tuesday, April 22 to help raise money for the victims of the Oso, WA mudslide. The event will take place at the Palace Ballroom in downtown Seattle, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Attendees will sip wine from a selection of top Washington wineries, enjoy a bite to eat from participating restaurants, and will have the opportunity to bid on auction items.  Bruce Pavitt, founder of Sub Pop Records, will also be on hand spinning records.

We will be pouring our 2011 Columbia Valley Merlot and our 2003 Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon. All proceeds from the event will go directly to United Way of Snohomish County. They were chosen because they have committed to giving 100% of the funds directly to families in the area. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased through Tom Douglas' website.  If you can't make it but still want to contribute, you can buy a ticket that will be given to a culinary student from one of the local community colleges.

This wine tasting fundraiser was created by Seattle chef Tom Douglas and winemaker Charles Smith. and in partnership with Ethan Stowell Restaurants and the Huxley Wallace Collective.
